The Colligation is in the midst of dark times. The war with the Hu'thaar has pushed their military to it's limits. The economy is suffering, many innocent lives have been lost. As the defense grows more desperate The Colligation is recruiting more Frontrunners than ever.

The latest installment to the Frontrunner initiative is group 1165 once they awaken from the implant surgery they will each be greeted by General Kar'sull and briefed for their first mission.

Usual frontrunners will kill 57 Hu'thaar before their demise. The question of how long the members of group 1165 will survive begins.

As each member of group 1165 awakens they will be strapped to a stretcher. As a security measure due to the short term memory loss caused by the neural implant surgery. The rooms are bright white, with one locked door and nothing else

It took her quite a while to wake up. After escaping from prison and finally being able to leave her planet, she didn't remember anything else. So, the first thing she found out was that her four limbs were unable to move. The white room, as well as all the white walls and other things surrounding her, made her feel the need to throw up. But she somehow managed to prevent herself from doing so. "Wha the...?!" Zolaide finally exclaimed, turning her head from right to left, checking her surroundings. "Where the fuck are we? Who are you?! Shit..." She finally exclaimed, staring at the alien man who was standing right in front of her. Whereas there were others in her same position, she couldn't let herself care about them right now. Was she in danger? What could be going on?

General Kar'sull was reading through a folder of the entire units information he was an older Carnae man with a muscular build. He walked over to Zalaide standing by her bedside "relax soldier." He said in Colligation Basic. "You are safe here, no harm will come to you." His words were reassuring but fierce at the same time.

Lyseth awakens bound and effectively imprisoned, a state not so unfamiliar to her. Though she had at least paid or been paid for those times.

This one was cold and her head felt heavy, like there was something else in there.

She shook her head as she thought she heard voices.

“I swear to god if I’m dead and this is heaven I’m gonna sue god!” She burst out in a confused haze, her senses returning to her slowly.

She couldn’t only hope for one thing, that her pants were still on.

As it would happen to be, no ones pants were on. They all wore thin medical gowns which could be removed quickly in an emergency. Kar'sull laughed as he walked over to Lyseth's side. "You're all just recovering from a neural implant surgery." He explained.

At that exact moment Oa'roa jolted himself awake bright purple light shone through his skin. "Neural implants?!" He shouted before falling back and relaxing.

“I can’t remember... did I volunteer for this or was I... well ‘volunteered.’” She asked carefully, trying to gauge the reaction to this particular question.

She hated being tied up against her will, it left her feeling like a caged animal and made her dreadfully uncomfortable. The knowledge that she was naked aside from a tear off medical gown wasn’t making it any better either.

“What are the neural implants exactly?” She asked curiously, neural implant being a generic term for ‘thing in your head’ meant that it didn’t help her to understand just what was inside her now.

General Kar'sull backed up dramatically. "Front-runners." He said "who here remembers what that means?" Oa'roa looked around the room he knew what front-runners we're. But he couldn't remember words too well right now.

“... well... sounds something like a recon team of some sort. Am I on the right track?” She extrapolated confidently, rather sure of her assumption. Though she was sure she was in heaven and god had shoved the Ark into her head, so trusting her assumptions was dangerous right now.

“You still didn’t answer my question.” She pointed out impatiently, still waiting to be answered.

"well, you are all front-runners, starting..." As he spoke the neural implants we're activated. The entire world would begin to slow for them, even their own movements. "Nooowwww." Then everything resumed at normal speed. "The front-runners are the elite of the Colligation's army, you have all volunteered yourselves. The neural implants allow you to think just as fast as the Hu'Thaar. And kill them even faster." The generals grin insinuated great pleasure in revealing their abilities.

“Do we react as fast physically? Seeing things and being able to react faster is nice and all, but if my body goes as fast as ever it’s a bit useless isn’t it?” She asked in a slightly concerned way, well aware of how poorly this expensive sounding equipment could end up being.

“And are you quite sure we’re the elite? I’m hardly a trained killer.” She pointed out, wondering exactly how these people expected this to go.

"the implant does not increase your physical speed." He explained "it allows you all the time you need to strategize." Propped himself against a wall looking through their papers. "All of you are qualified and will be a valuable asset to this unit." He looked at all of the awake front-runners individually "we hope you survive much longer than the others."

Oa'roa gasped deeply remembering his words. "The longest a unit of front-runners has survived so far is two years, killing over 500 Hu'Thaar." He said his body began flashing patches of green and purple as he struggled against the restraints. "They'll never catch me." He said confidently "we'll kill all those bug bodied loosers."

-"Get the fuck off me you pieces of Skrall!"- a rather agitated Kyran yelled as she woke up from the very intense dream that she had...this was the reason she was on meds to sleep, otherwise she get those episodes...

and unfortunately for the frontrunner recruit at her right, she made whoever it was feel it with her kicks

"Ow!" Oa'roa shouted. "Hey, hey, you're OK, just please stop kicking." Looking around he realized something. "Hold om, my entire unit is girls?!" Kar'sull laughed at this.

"What are you afraid you can't keep up?" He asked

"No... I'm afraid... She'll never stop kicking me!" Oa'roa screamed looking the Kyran dead in the eye, his thigh glowed red from pain.
