Everything works perfectly fine for me on my phone but whenever I try to access GP on my computer the site doesn’t work :( is this happening to anyone else?

I'm not a techie or a member of the staff, but can you try a different browser? I once had trouble with a site not working on Internet Explorer but it worked fine with Firefox.

Have you tried refreshing the page, deleting your browser, history, cache and cookies?

Oddly, I have the exact opposite!

It works fine on my PC but on both my android devices (phone and tablet) I get the following:

    Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to guiltypleasuresroleplaying.com. The server uses key pinning (HPKP) but no trusted certificate chain could be constructed that matches the pinset. Key pinning violations cannot be overridden. Error code: MOZILLA_PKTX_ERROR_KEY_PINNING_FAILURE

    1. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    2. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

I have absolutely no idea what any of that means. I've restarted the tablet, I've used different WiFi connections - I've even tried it on my phone's 4G connection, and I get the same result. It's definitely not my end, because (obviously) I'm typing this! And my PC uses the exact same WiFi connection and fibre broadband.

(Edit to add) I'm also using Mozilla Firefox from all three devices.

    @Tech Support

Guys, also keep in mind to read the thread pinned to the top. Theres questions that we look to have answered to narrow down information for the tech boys to be able to look at whats going on.

  7. What is the issue?
    • See Chrystal's post. Most of us are having it on a computer but she seems to be having it on her phone. Regardless, it is the same issue with different devices.
    Page ir occurred on?
    • None. We can't get to the site on a certain device at all no matter which page we try to go to.
    Time it happened?
    • For me, it has been happening every single time I try to access the site on my laptop since the site came back up. If you need something more specific, then 10:21 am CST today is the most recent time it happened to me.
What browser and mobile or desktop?
    • I am using chrome. Someone else listed Firefox. I am having it on desktop. Chrystal is having it on mobile.
    Tried clearing things?
    • Yes. 5 times yesterday and once this morning. I attempt reloading every single time the problem happens so it is more times than I can honestly count.
    Screenshot?
    • I cannot provide one because my phone does not let me post pictures here.

I know it's happening for different people on different platforms, but have y'all tried using a different browser?

See above. I'm getting it on Firefox, Warlock is getting it on chrome. I'm pretty sure if we wait long enough someone will say they're getting the exact same error on whatever they're calling IE these days (I think it's "Edge"?)

It's definitely not the platform or the browser. I did actually post the exact error message above!

    Just a guess here...

When GP came back up I first logged in on my pc. Can I ask those who can access on their phone, whether that was the device they first logged back in on? I'm wondering if there's some sort of "one device per IP address" thing that needs to be disabled?

I was asking because despite it affecting different people on different platforms individual people might have success if they switch. I've seen it happen.

Also, I use 3 different devices and haven't had undo trouble. I wait a few minutes and refresh and things are fine.

Okay, this is weird. It loads with "Samsung Internet".

So, figuring that this was a browser I've never used before, I opened Firefox on my phone and deleted all the history and all the private data. And it works!

So obviously there is something in the browser history and/or private data that was preventing it from loading.

Welcome to the weirdness of browser errors.
